CREATE A MESSAGE
Once you have established a customer base that can be engaged, you can refer to this section to create your engagement campaigns. This guide will help you set-up your first engagement campaign.
STEP 1: Create a message
1.1 From your dashboard, click on ‘’Engagement’’ in the left-hand side section of the page
1.2 Then click on ‘’Create a message’’ (see image below)
1.3 Name your folder for you own tracking purpose (see image below)
1.4 Select the desired date range and preferred language (French, English or Both)
1.5 Select the appropriate location(s) this message will be applied to. Then click ''Next''
STEP 2: Select a method
2.1 Select the method of contacting your customers by checking the box (Email, SMS or both)
2.2 Then click ‘’Next’’
STEP 3: Customize your message
- Redirection Method: ‘’None’’
3.1 Your venue should automatically display in the ‘’From’’ box
3.2 Insert your Email subject in the ‘’Subject’’ box
3.3 If you select ‘’None’’ as your redirection method, make sure to manually upload your message in the body (Flyer, picture, banner, text, etc…)
3.4 Then click ‘’Next’’
B. Redirection Method: ‘’Custom Redirection (URL)’’
3.1 Your venue should automatically display in the ‘’From’’ box
3.2 Insert your Email subject in the ‘’Subject’’ box
3.3 If you select ‘’Custom Redirection (URL)’’ as your redirection method, make sure to fill-up the three boxes on the right side of the page (see image below)
3.4 Then click ‘’Next’’
PS: You can also upload your own flyer or image if it applies.
C. Redirection Method: ‘’Automated Mobile Web Experience’’
3.1 Your venue should automatically display in the ‘’From’’ box
3.2 Insert your Email subject in the ‘’Subject’’ box
3.3 If you select ‘’Automated Mobile Web Experience’’ as your redirection method, make sure your Facebook ID has been added. If not, contact the Jogogo Support Team to add your Facebook ID.
3.4 You can preview it by clicking on the blue link in the box ‘’Preview your automated mobile web experience’’ (See image below)
3.5 Then click ‘’Next’’

D. Redirection Method: ‘’Smart Activation’’
3.1 Your venue should automatically display in the ‘’From’’ box
3.2 Insert your Email subject in the ‘’Subject’’ box
3.3 If you select ‘’Smart Activation’’ as your redirection method, make sure to select the type of Activation you wish to create. Click HERE to see how to select and program an ‘’Activation’’
PS: Three types of activations are available on the platform: Wildcard, List, Event
3.4 Then click ‘’Next’’
STEP 4: Apply Filters (Optional)
4.1 On this page, you can apply filters to your engagement campaign.
For example, if you check-box ‘’Number of visits’’, it allows you to target your visitors limited to a specific number of visits.
Or you can select specific days on which you would prefer to target your visitors. Same for gender and age range filters.
4.2 Click ‘’Finish’’
STEP 5: Complete your engagement campaign creation by clicking on ‘’Confirm’’
