Create an SMS Campaign

STEP 1:

1.1 From your dashboard, click on ‘’Engagement’’ in the left-hand side section of the page

1.2 Then click on ‘’Create a message’’ (see image below)

STEP 2:

2.1 Name your folder

2.2 Select your dates

2.3 Select your preferred language (French, English or Both)

2.4 Enter your location(s)

Then click ‘’Next’’

STEP 3:

On this page, select SMS by checking the box. Then click ‘’Next’’.

STEP 4:

4.1 Fill-up your incentive message box. (If you selected both English & French at step 2.3, make sure to fill it up in both languages)

4.2 Select the ‘’None’’ option

Then click ‘’Next’’

STEP 5:

On this page, you can add one or more filters if it applies.

For example, if you want your SMS campaign to only run on Monday and Tuesday, check-box ‘’Day’’ then select Monday and Tuesday. The same process applies to other filters.

Then click on ‘’Finish’’.

STEP 6:

A final confirmation window will pop-up to save your changes. Click ‘’Confirm’’.

For your information:

In order to stop receiving messages, text back ‘’Stop’’ and you should instantly receive a confirmation text. (See image below)

In order to re-subscribe to the engagement messages, text back ‘’Start’’ and you should instantly receive a confirmation text. (See image below)
