Create a welcome message for your customers

How to create a welcome message utilizing the profiles collected upon check-in via WIFI

Step 1: Login to the Jogogo Platform and head to the "Engagement" Section

Step 2: Click "Create Message"

Step 3: Click "On Entry"

Step 4: Enter your campaign information

• Name your Campaign ("Campaign Name")
• Input the dates of your Welcome Campaign ("Dates")
• Select your preferred language ("Preferred Language")

Step 5: Populate the Content for your campaign

Check the box of your desired communication method: Email and/or SMS

Step 6: Apply Filters based on the customer base you want to target such as:

• Number of Visits
• Day of the week
• Gender
• Age Range

OR target all of your customer base

Step 7: Click "Finish"

Step 8: Click "Confirm" to add the new campaign
